Story

Its name comes from the moon.

Moonstone is named alongside the moon in many languages because its misty glow resembles moonlight. In the Moonlight Imperial Set, Sırlı Sepet presents this glow with silver spacers, in a harmony that runs from neck to wrist.

Moonstone is a mineral of the feldspar group. The blue-white shimmer that drifts across its surface is created by thin layers within the stone scattering light, and is called adularescence. It is a medium-hardness stone and should be protected from hard impacts. Traditionally, it is regarded as a symbol of the moon and new beginnings.

In natural stones, color tone, veining and pattern differ from piece to piece; these differences are not flaws but signs of the stone's authenticity. An identical pattern to the one in the photo should not be expected.
