Baroque is the name given to pearls with non-round, irregular forms. Sırlı Sepet designed this set with a simple strand and a heart-detail clasp that highlight the natural shape of the pearls.

Pearl is an organic gem material formed layer by layer inside mollusks. Freshwater pearls come from mussels grown in lakes and rivers; baroque pearls are known for their irregular, asymmetric forms. Traditionally, they are regarded as a symbol of elegance and purity.
In natural stones, color tone, veining and pattern differ from piece to piece; these differences are not flaws but signs of the stone's authenticity. An identical pattern to the one in the photo should not be expected.
