DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties

Buyer: The person placing an order through www.sirlisepet.com.

Article 2 – Subject

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.sirlisepet.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3 – Product and Order Information

The product type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery details are those specified during the order process on the website and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Article 4 – Effective Date

This Agreement enters into force on the date the Buyer confirms the order.

Article 5 – Rights and Obligations of the Seller

The Seller is responsible for delivering the ordered products completely, free from defects, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order. In cases such as stock unavailability or force majeure, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or offer an alternative product after informing the Buyer.

Article 6 – Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer acknowledges that all information provided during the order process is accurate and undertakes to fulfill the payment obligation. The Buyer also declares that they have read and accepted the instructions regarding the use of the purchased product.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment may be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer (EFT). Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. For bank transfer payments, orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within seven (7) days.

Article 8 – Delivery

Products will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days following order confirmation. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, the Buyer's absence at the delivery address, or courier-related issues.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Refunds for products returned under the right of withdrawal will be processed within ten (10) days after the returned product has been received by the Seller.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or infrastructure failures.

Article 11 – Privacy

The Buyer's personal information will be used solely for order processing and legal obligations and will not be shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Article 12 – Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Türkiye.

By placing an order through www.sirlisepet.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
